Dr. Matthew Liptak
BMBS, FRACS Orthopaedic Surgeon
Dr Matthew Liptak is an Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in sports injuries and joint replacement, particularly involving the knee and hip. He is involved in a number of research projects, looking at surgical ACL techniques, and rehabilitation following total knee replacement.
Practising privately with Orthopaedics SA, Dr Liptak consults at Flinders Private Hospital. He is a Visiting Orthopaedic Specialist at Flinders Medical Centre and Repatriation General Hospital.
Dr Liptak graduated from Flinders University, Adelaide, in 1996 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (Orthopaedic Surgery) in 2007. Following this, he completed a Clinical Knee Fellowship (Sports & Arthroplasty) with the Australian Orthopaedic Association, and visited with several centres of orthopaedic excellence in the UK, US and France.
Dr. Steve Saunders

High Performance Manager, Director of Sports science and Medicine North Melbourne Football Club
Steve completed his PhD on Lumbo-pelvic kinematics and Neuromuscular control in asymptomatic and symptomatic populations at the University of Queensland in 2007. He is currently the High Performance Manager, Director Sports Science and Medicine at the North Melbourne Football Club 2010-2017; Director and Co-founder Kanga-Tech; Director and founder Saunders Sports and Spinal, Adelaide SA; Adjunct researcher University of South Australia and the University of Queensland.
As a clinician, Steve is a world renowned high performance consultant and Physiotherapist that has consulted and lectured world wide for more than 20 years. He currently works in both the Medical and Sports Science space, consulting throughout Australia, the UK and USA, having recently advised and sold innovative technology to teams in Australian cricket, the AFL, NRL, NBA, NHL, and MLB.

Since 2013 Rob Chapman has been a professional Chairman and Company Director. After a successful executive career including the last 10 as a group executive of both St. George and Westpac cooperation.
Rob is considered to be one of South Australia’s most influential businessmen, having been recognised for his consistent pursuit of excellence and outstanding contribution to South Australia. He was also recently one of only four South Australians inducted into UniSA’s Alumni from the last 25 years.
Rob is married to Lisa and has four adult children, he loves his golf, fishing and of course his beloved Crows.

25 years experience gained in M&A, private equity and early stage business development.
15 years international including 10 years in Asia and 5 years in the USA with Siebel Systems (CRM software) and then later as the Chief Operating Officer for Webgistix (eCommerce software and fulfilment). Sold business in 2013.
More recently acquired and then developed a franchise network within the children’s sport space of more than 100 domestic units and 12 international Master Franchises. Sold business in 2016.
Currently own numerous eCommerce businesses including Naturally Sweet which is the largest supplier of natural sweeteners and sugar substitutes in Australia.

David left university with a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) and continued on this trajectory to become a certified practising accountant soon after, holding a senior management position at Deloitte from 1994-1997.
Before joining PMY, David was a senior executive at Whelancare from 1997, including CEO from 2003 – 2015. He played an integral role overseeing its acquisition by Japara Healthcare in 2015.
David is also Finance Director and Vice President of Glenelg Football Club, Director of the Somerton Surf Club Board and a dedicated member of the Sacred Heart College School Council.
